Guarantee

1. All products marketed by Alpha Corporation are covered by the warranty and the manufacturer's conventional warranty of 24 months for lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree No 24/02.
To qualify for warranty, the Customer shall keep the invoice (or DDT) that will receive all the goods purchased.

2. The guarantee of 24 months under the Legislative Decree n. 24/02 is applied to the product that is non-compliance, provided that it is used properly. That guarantee, in accordance with the Decree. N. 24/92, is reserved only for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activities, or make buy without indicating in module order a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, Alpha Corporation shall, except for transport costs which are borne by the customer, the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the resolution of contract. If as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, should not be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree No 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by authorized service and transportation costs if incurred by Alpha Corporation

The cases in which, for whatever reason Alpha Corporation , was not able to replace a warranted product (repaired or replaced), may proceed, with the consent of the Customer, the replacement of the product itself (if still in the price list) or with another of equal value or characteristics and, finally, the issue of a voucher with the same amount of spendable on another good product for 6 months from the date of issue.

4.No refound may be required to Alpha Corporation
for any delay making of repairs or replacement of products under warranty.

5. where application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The sales contract between the Client and Alpha Corporation is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the settlement of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is an end consumer, the local jurisdiction and of the forum of reference of his municipality of residence, in all other cases, jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Forum of Syracuse.
