Right of Withdrawal

Application of the right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree May 22, 1999 185, implementing Directive 97/7/EC issued by European Union on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

This right is the right to restitution of the property to the seller and the resulting refund of the purchase price, and applies to products not personalized. The right of withdrawal applies to individuals (consumers) acting for purposes that are unrelated to his business. They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made by retailers and companies.

As established by the art. 5 paragraph 2 letter c) of Legislative Decree no right of withdrawal does not apply in relation to "goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly."
This means that for the products processed by Alpha Corporation is not envisaged the application of the right of withdrawal.
